We collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when you register for an Joynup account, when you use certain Joynup products or services, when you visit the Site, and when you enter promotions, contests or sweepstakes, or when otherwise using the Services. If you participate in a survey, promotion, contest or sweepstakes, we will collect information needed for you to participate (such as contact information), and to fulfill your prize. If you provide information about other users that allows you to send information to another person, or invite them to participate in the Services, we will collect, at a minimum, the recipient’s name and email address.
Personal Information collected by us may include your name, email address, postal address, birth date, marital status, anniversary date, interests, lifestyle information, familial information, hobbies, doctors, service providers, contacts, financial information, photos, documents, audio, video or text you submit, your profile, general usage metrics of the Services, email communication history with us, anything you submit to or post on the Site, and other information associated with you as well as other information that may or may not specifically identify you, as well as communications with your partners. Joynup gives you the ability to edit your account information and preferences at any time, including changing your name, phone number, address, password, email, subscription, or whether you want Joynup to contact you about special promotions and new products. You may request we correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We may not be able to delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account.

Because of the sensitivity of information stored on Joynup, in addition to SSL encryption, we use Transparent Data Encryption and Redaction to protect data during storage and access inside of our database.
